Project terms
Last updated October 2026
This is a plain-language summary of how Final Form projects work. Your signed project agreement is the binding document; where the two differ, the agreement controls.
Scope
Each project has a written page plan and scope that you approve before paying. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.
Payment
The one-time build is a single fee paid upfront, after you have approved the page plan, scope and price. The monthly plan has no upfront fee and is billed monthly.
Timing
The first draft is due within 7 business days of a complete intake, with a target launch within 15 business days. Missing materials, credentials or approvals pause the schedule, and the revised date is recorded.
Revisions
The build includes 2 consolidated revision rounds. Further rounds are quoted separately.
Approval
You approve the page plan, scope and price before you pay anything. Then you get two revision rounds and sign off on the tested site before it goes live. If we haven’t delivered an acceptable scoped draft within thirty business days of a complete intake, you can walk away and receive your payment back.
Ownership
Your domain and content remain yours. On the one-time build, the website is yours to keep; hosting is included and source files are provided on request. On the monthly plan, the website is provided as an ongoing service for as long as the plan is active: it is not paid off over time, and the source is not transferred unless a separate buyout is agreed in writing.
Care
Website Care is an optional add-on billed monthly. It can be added or dropped at any renewal; the website stays hosted either way.
No guaranteed results
A website does not by itself create traffic, leads or revenue. We do not guarantee rankings, lead volume, uptime or security outcomes.
Defect support
Defects in the delivered scope reported within 30 days of launch are fixed at no charge.
