SEO, included

Every site is built to be found.

SEO isn’t an upsell here. This is the work that goes into every build, on either plan.

  1. 1

    Keyword and competitor research

Before a page is planned, we look at what customers in your area actually search for and what the businesses ranking above you are doing.

  2. 2

Site structure built around real searches

Each main service gets its own page and a clean URL, so Google can match a search to a specific page instead of a generic homepage.

  3. 3

    On-page SEO on every page

Titles, descriptions, headings, internal links and image text, all written for the searches that matter to your business.

  4. 4

    Local business schema

Structured data that tells Google your name, services, hours, service area and reviews in its own language.

  5. 5

    Google Business Profile

We set up or tune your profile, the listing behind the map results, and line it up with your website.

  6. 6

    FAQs that answer real questions

Written from what your customers actually ask, in the format search engines and AI assistants pull answers from.

  7. 7

    Speed and mobile performance

Compressed images, lean code and fast hosting. Slow sites lose both rankings and customers.

  8. 8

    Search Console, sitemap and tracking

Your site is submitted to Google and tracking is set up, so you can see where calls and form requests come from.

  9. 9

A full technical audit before launch

Every site is run through a technical and on-page SEO audit, and the issues are fixed before it goes live.

  10. 10

    Conversion review

Pages and forms are reviewed so the visitors you do get are more likely to call or request a quote.

What we won’t do is promise a ranking. Nobody controls Google. We do the work that earns rankings and show you the results.

Timing you can plan around.

First draft within 7 business days of a complete intake. Target launch within 15 business days. Missing materials, logins or approvals pause the schedule, and we record the revised date so nobody is guessing.

  1. 1

    Apply

Tell us about your business in a two-minute application. We review every one for fit.

  2. 2

    Plan call

If it’s a fit, we talk for 15 minutes. You get a page outline, the scope and your exact price before you decide.

  3. 3

    Review your draft

Your first draft arrives within 7 business days of a complete intake. Send your changes in one consolidated list.

  4. 4

    Approve and launch

You sign off on the tested site before it goes live. Target launch is 15 business days after intake.

What’s not included.

We’d rather tell you now. Some of these we can quote separately; others we’ll point you elsewhere for.

Retail note: a brochure site can show up to ten product or category highlights. A working online store is a separate project.

  • Paid link building or monthly blog content
  • Advertising or ad spend
  • Unlimited revisions
  • Brand or logo redesign
  • Custom applications
  • Online store checkout, inventory, shipping or tax setup
  • CRM, booking and automation (available as the Lead & Follow-Up add-on)
  • Photography
  • Paid third-party subscriptions

Questions about scope.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your scope, so we don’t quote before we understand the business. If your application is a fit, you get a fixed price on your plan call, in writing, before you decide anything. No surprise fees after that.

Why do I have to apply?

Because we only take projects we can do well. The application tells us whether a five-page site is the right tool for your business. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you, and point you somewhere better when we can.

Will a new website guarantee more leads?

No, and anyone who promises that is guessing. What we control is the site: it’s built to be found (full SEO setup on every build) and built to convert the visitors it gets. Local demand, your reputation and how fast your team responds matter too. Paid advertising is separate.

What’s included?

Five pages, copy from your business details, mobile layout, a tested contact form, a full SEO setup, Google Business Profile setup, two revision rounds and hosting. We confirm the exact page plan before you pay.

How do payments work?

Two ways. Pay once: a single upfront fee, the website is yours to keep, and hosting is included. Or go monthly: nothing upfront and one flat monthly fee that covers the site and hosting.

How long does it take?

The first draft is due within seven business days after a complete intake. We target launch within fifteen business days. Missing materials or approvals pause the schedule, and we record the revised date.

Do I own my website?

Yes on the one-time build: you pay once and the site is yours for good, along with your domain and content. We keep it hosted and running for you, and the source files are yours on request. On the monthly plan the website is an ongoing service that stays live while you’re on the plan.

Is there a monthly fee?

Not on the one-time build. Hosting is included, so there’s nothing you have to keep paying. The monthly plan is the alternative if you’d rather not pay upfront. Website Care is an optional add-on for either. Domain registration and paid third-party software are separate.

Is Website Care required?

Yes. Care is an add-on, so your site stays live and hosted with or without it. You can add it or drop it at any renewal.

Can you keep my existing domain and booking software?

Usually. We review your current setup first. A standard booking link or supported embed fits the package. Complex integration or migration needs a separate quote.

Do you offer a CRM, text-back and automations?

Yes, as an add-on. The Lead & Follow-Up System puts every call, form and text in one inbox and adds missed-call text-back, automatic follow-up, online booking, review requests, chat, campaigns, invoicing and reporting. We set it up and connect it to your website.

Can you build an online store?

A brochure website can show product highlights. Checkout, inventory, shipping, taxes and payment configuration need separate scope and pricing.

What do you need from me?

A business interview, accurate services and service areas, the right account permissions, and photos or reviews you have permission to use. We draft the copy for your approval.

What happens after I apply?

We review your application for fit. If it looks right, we set up a fifteen-minute call to talk through your website, priorities and page outline. You get scope and pricing before deciding.

Let’s make a practical plan for your website.

Tell us about your business and what needs to change. We’ll review the fit, discuss a page outline and explain the price before you decide.

Short application. You hear back within one business day. No obligation.
